Before we know about 5G, we should know about the the meaning of word G.
So In 5G, the meaning of G is generation.
Now, we will know what is 5G technology?
5G is the fifth generation of mobile network, or 5G is a fifth generation technology of cellular network. We can also says that 5G is next and upgraded version of 4G.

3 features of 5G that make it different from 4G.

High connection speed : 

The connection speed of 5G is 100 times more than 4G. In case of 4G if you download a file of 1GB then it will take about 50 second to 1 minute. On the other hand in case of 5G if you download a file of 1GB then it will take only one to three seconds. 

Very low latency : 

The response time of 5G is also hundred times greater than 4G. the response time of 4G is about hundred milliseconds and the response time of 5G is about one millisecond. You can experience this in the below animation.  

 

Numbers of connection : 

In comparison with 4G 5G can connect with 10 times more devices in a given per kilometre of area. That we can understand by the below picture.

उच्च कनेक्शन गति : 

5जी की कनेक्शन स्पीड 4जी से 100 गुना ज्यादा है। 4जी के मामले में अगर आप 1 जीबी की फाइल डाउनलोड करते हैं तो इसमें करीब 50 सेकेंड से 1 मिनट का समय लगेगा। वहीं 5जी के मामले में अगर आप 1 जीबी की फाइल डाउनलोड करते हैं तो इसमें सिर्फ एक से तीन सेकेंड का समय लगेगा।

बहुत कम विलंबता :

5जी का रिस्पॉन्स टाइम भी 4जी से सौ गुना ज्यादा है। 4G का रिस्पॉन्स टाइम लगभग सौ मिलीसेकंड और 5G का रिस्पॉन्स टाइम लगभग एक मिलीसेकंड है। आप इसे नीचे दिए गए एनिमेशन में अनुभव कर सकते हैं।  

 

कनेक्शन की संख्या :  

4G की तुलना में 5G किसी दिए गए प्रति किलोमीटर क्षेत्र में 10 गुना अधिक उपकरणों से जुड़ सकता है। जिसे हम नीचे दिए गए चित्र से समझ सकते हैं।

 

How 5G work?

Here, I am going to try to explain how 5G work?
5G works on 3 type of spectrum.

• Sub 1 GHz
• Sub 6 GHz and
• Millimeter waves

Sub 1 GHz : 

It is also known as low band spectrum. In this we use the waves of less than 1 Ghz frequency for example 600 MHz, 700 MHz and etc. It can cover a large area but the speed of connection or data transfer is slow that is about 100 Mbps maximum. It can also cross thick walls, trees and humans. 4G network connectivity also uses it and it is a very busy spectrum. 

 

Sub 6 GHz : 

In this we use the waves of frequency between 1 to 6 GHz which are faster than sub 1 GHz spectrum. The speed of data transmission in Sub 6 GHz is approximately 1 Gbps. Updated 4G also use Sub 6 GHz spectrum. The frequency of waves which are used by 4G is 2.3 GHz.  But the bad thing about sub 6 GHz is its short range of coverage area. 

There are some techniques which are used to increase the coverage area range in Sub 6 GHz.  

MI-MO :  MI-MO stands for multiple in and multiple out. In this technique multiple data are transmit and multiple data are received at a same time.

Micro cells : In this technique, many small towers will be installed at a short distance  which will solve the problem of short range. 

Carrier aggregation : In this, first the waves of two different frequencies are mixed together and they are transmitted.  

 

mm Waves : 

The frequency of waves used in millimeter waves is lie between 6 GHz to 90 GHz. It are divided into two types of waves centimeter waves and millimeter waves. The frequency of centimeter waves is lie between 6 to 30 GHz  and the frequency of millimeter waves is lie between 30 - 90 GHz. The speed of data transmission in mm waves is fastest then any one. This is true 5G. But the range of coverage area is lowest in it and also it cannot cross walls.

5G कैसे काम करता है?

सब 6 Ghz : 

इसमें हम 1 से 6 GHz के बीच आवृत्ति की तरंगों का उपयोग करते हैं जो सब 1 GHz स्पेक्ट्रम से तेज होती हैं। सब 6 GHz में डेटा ट्रांसमिशन की गति लगभग 1 Gbps है। अपडेट किया गया 4G सब 6 GHz स्पेक्ट्रम का भी उपयोग करता है।  4G द्वारा उपयोग की जाने वाली तरंगों की आवृत्ति 2.3 GHz है। लेकिन सब 6 GHz के बारे में बुरी बात इसकी कवरेज क्षेत्र की छोटी रेंज है। 

कुछ तकनीकें हैं जिनका उपयोग सब 6 GHz में कवरेज क्षेत्र की सीमा बढ़ाने के लिए किया जाता है।

एमआईएमओ : MI-MO का मतलब मल्टीपल इन और मल्टीपल आउट है। इस तकनीक में एक ही समय में कई डेटा प्रसारित होते हैं और कई डेटा प्राप्त होते हैं।

माइक्रोकेल्स :  इस तकनीक में कम दूरी पर कई छोटे टावर लगाए जाएंगे, जो शॉर्ट रेंज की समस्या का समाधान करेगा। 

कैरियर एग्रीगेशन :  इसमें सबसे पहले दो अलग फ्रीक्वेंसी की तरंगों को आपस में मिलाया जाता है और इनका प्रसारण किया जाता है।  

 

मिलीमीटर तरंगे : 

मिलीमीटर तरंगों में प्रयुक्त तरंगों की आवृत्ति 6 ​​GHz से 90 GHz के बीच होती है। इसे दो प्रकार की तरंगों में विभाजित किया जाता है सेंटीमीटर तरंगें और मिलीमीटर तरंगें। सेंटीमीटर तरंगों की आवृत्ति 6 ​​से 30 GHz के बीच होती है और मिलीमीटर तरंगों की आवृत्ति 30 - 90 GHz के बीच होती है। मिमी तरंगों में डेटा संचरण की गति किसी एक की तुलना में सबसे तेज होती है। यही सही 5G है। लेकिन कवरेज क्षेत्र की सीमा इसमें सबसे कम है और साथ ही यह दीवारों को पार नहीं कर सकती है।

How 5G Effect on Economy?

By this question I will try to explain it "How this 5G Technology affects the world economy? "
5G cellular network have a positive impact and it will boost world's economy. There are some following ways by which 5G lift up the world economy and get rid us from this period of recession. 

 

1. Jobs

5G can generate 22.3 to 22.8 million jobs till 2035.These jobs will be in different different sectors and different different types. This is correct time to become eligible for these jobs. These jobs will not only affect individual but also to the GDP of many countries.

 

2. Reverse COVID-19 effect

Due to this covid-19 pandemic many economies of the world is suffering from recession. Some of them are facing negative growth. In many countries expensiveness is also very high. Prices of petrol, cooking oil, food materials has become unaffordable from many financial weak peoples because of covid-19 pandemic.

But it is forecasted that 5G is capable to reverse the negative impact of covid-19 pandemic from economy. 5G can take back the sinking economy of the world to the race.

 

3. Decrease accident rate

Many people don't obey driving rules and some people drive their vehicle recklessly. These are the some main reasons of road accidents. Some drivers are less experienced and some are suffering from any disease. These can also become the cause of road accident. इस कोविड-19 महामारी के कारण दुनिया की कई अर्थव्यवस्थाएं मंदी से जूझ रही हैं।  उनमें से कुछ नकारात्मक वृद्धि का सामना कर रहे हैं।  कई देशों में महंगाई भी बहुत अधिक है।  कोविड -19 महामारी के कारण कई आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर लोगों के लिए पेट्रोल, खाना पकाने के तेल, खाद्य सामग्री की कीमतें असहनीय हो गई थीं।

4. फसल की उपज बढ़ाएं

Medical sector : 

With the help of 4G we can talk to any doctor, consult our medical condition and we can also take prescriptions. If patient is very serious and surgery the last option then it is very difficult to contact any surgeon immediately.
But 5G makes us capable to perform any surgery in the absence of surgeon in the operation theatre. It is known as remote surgery. In which the operator is present in some other place of the world.  Whereas the patient is somewhere else in the world and both of them are connected by 5G mobile network connectivity.

 

Transportation sector :

By 5G connectivity, we can fulfill our dream of automatic driverless vehicles. Driverless vehicles can communicate with each other and prevent collisions through the super fast connection of 5G. These driverless vehicles can send our goods and parcels to a long-distance without any human driver and there is no need to learn driving. 

 

In our home :

5G cellular connectivity contribute huge in converting a simple home into a smart home. This following points help us to understand how 5G contribute in Smart home?  

• We can switch on or off lights bulb with a simple voice instruction. 
  
• We can operate appliances even if we are not in our home.
• We can make our home thief free by using CCTV camera or other security devices.

Companies have to buy the spectrum from Government on which the 5G work and these are very expensive. 5G Small towers will be installed at a short distance, with the help of which the problem of short coverage area will be solved. This will increase infrastructure cost. These all facts increase the cost of 5G and make it unaffordable for many people.

 

Misconceptions related to 5G : 

5G is a new technology. So the information about it's bad effect on human health is also very less. But some people are spreading misconcept about it. This is also a big obstruction in the growth of 5G.
Here I request to the responsible Health Organization of the world to provide the right information about effects of 5G on environment and human.

 

Difficulty in village area : 

It is a big talks for internet providing companies to give the 5G service in rural area where even 4G is not working properly.

 कंपनियों को सरकार से स्पेक्ट्रम खरीदना होता है जिस पर 5जी काम करता है और ये काफी महंगे होते हैं। 5G में थोड़ी थोड़ी दूरी पर छोटे टावर लगाए जाएंगे, जिसकी सहायता से short कवरेज एरिया की समस्या का समाधान किया जाएगा। इससे इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर की लागत बढ़ेगी।  ये सभी तथ्य 5G की लागत को बढ़ाते हैं और इसे कई लोगों के लिए वहनीय नहीं बनाते हैं।

 

 5G से जुड़ी भ्रांतियां :

 5जी एक नई तकनीक है।  तो मानव स्वास्थ्य पर इसके बुरे प्रभाव की जानकारी भी बहुत कम है। लेकिन कुछ लोग इसे लेकर भ्रांति फैला रहे हैं।  यह भी 5G की ग्रोथ में एक बड़ी रुकावट है।

इंटरनेट मुहैया कराने वाली कंपनियों के लिए ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में जहां 4जी भी ठीक से काम नहीं कर रहा है वहां 5जी सेवा देना बड़ी बात है।
