Are you want to control your diabetes or reduce blood sugar level to the range of  90-140 mg/dl. Than this post will give you 8 tricks that will bring your blood sugar at optimum level. Just follow this post.

These ways are not treatment of diabetes. But if a person who is suffering from diabetes add these ways in his daily routine, then he/ she can definitely control his blood sugar to the range from 90 mg/dl (before taking meal) to 140 mg/dl (after taking meal).


 A non diabetic healthy person must also follow these ways of prevention. Because we prepare  for any exam before at least two or three months.

So this ways of preventions are not only Rambaan for a diabetic person but also key of healthy and long life for a healthy person.

Top 8 Preventions of High Blood Sugar Level

    1. Routine / daily checkup 

    It is very essential for diabetic patients, whose blood sugar level is always high, to monitor their diabetes daily.

    For this purpose, we need a blood glucometer. 

    Blood Glucometer is a device which is used to measure the glucose or sugar level of the blood.

    Here, I am not recommending any blood Glucometer but you can buy any one that is accurate and pretty good for you.

    There are two best times to test the blood sugar. First is before taking the meal and second after taking the meal. So in a day you have to measure the diabetes / blood sugar twice.
    Before taking the meal the normal blood sugar level is 90-100 mg/dl and after taking the meal the normal blood sugar level is 140-150 mg/dl.

    Now we will know the best way to monitor the blood sugar level according to me.
    For this we will make a graph of daily reading of blood sugar level with the knowledge of diet and exercise. The record of diet and exercise with daily reading help you to know that which food or diet increase or decrease the blood sugar. If any type of food increase blood sugar level then we can eliminate it from our diet or if any type of food decrease blood sugar then we can add it in our daily diet. Or you can do opposite to it if you are suffering from low blood glucose level.

    2. Happiness is a key of healthy life.

    One of the main cause of diabetes is stress. In fact stress not only a cause diabetes but also it is an unbelievable reason of many deadly diseases like mental depression, anxiety, cancer, high or low blood pressure, heart disease and etc. Stress is also one of the main causes of asthma, headache, obesity and etc.  

    Here we all know that how stress can change a healthy human body into dummy of diseases. So if we become free from stress, then we will not only free from Diabetes but also all the above mentioned deadly and light diseases. The main weapon to fight and win against stress or indirectly says to diabetes is 'happiness'. 

    Now the question is that "How we achieve happiness in our life? " 

    Here, we're talking about real happiness which is come from inside the soul not unreal laughter exercises perform in the park by some groups of people. So 'where we find the real happiness? 'we find real happening when we spend some time with our friends and family. When we play cricket or football match with our friends in weekends or we can play board games like Ludo, chess, snake and ladders with our family. These activities gives us happiness from our soul and make our tensions and stress very small and easy to deal with them and give relief from many diseases include diabetes.

    3. Eat frequently

    According to me, the best to take a meal for a person who is an employee of any office or a student of college or school or any such person who is going to engage in any work is to eat once until his or her stomach will full. 

    But a person who is suffering from diabetes it is very dangerous for them to eat once until stomach will full because it can suddenly increase his her blood sugar level. So I recommend a patient of diabetes that they don't eat like this. Rather eating like this they should divide their meal into several parts and eat these parts of meal frequently by maintaining the gap of 1 hour or 30 minutes or 15 minutes as you like.

     But really practically it is very difficult because it consume work time and need to much a awareness of timing. At least for me it is very difficult but we have to remember that health is superior to anything.

    4. Left refined sugar and use artificial sweeteners

    The consumption of refined sugar give instant energy, but only for a very small time period and after some time interval for more energy, we consume  it again and again. It means that it is (refined sugar) addictive. Therefore it is very dangerous for diabetic patients because it increases the level of blood sugar high and high. 

    Artificial sweetening agent are solved this problem. Artificial sweeteners are sweeting agents for diabetic patient but not  sugar.  It provides more energy than sugar and also not increase blood sugar level. Example of artificial sweetening agent are sugar free, saccharine etc.

    5. Don't eat sweets but earn it.

     It is Golden line for a diabetic patient that "Do not eat sweets, but earn it". Here by 'Do not eat sweets' it is very much clear that I am inhibiting you for eating sweets and sugars because it is poison for diabetic patients. But I am also saying you to 'earn it (sweet)'. Its means is not that you would buy them by money or financially. Its means is that you should make your body capable to convert it into energy rather than it increase blood sugar level. 

    If you want to make your body capable to utilise it, then you have to know that a particular sweet or it's piece may contain how much calories. After it You have to burn about twice the calories by workout or any thing before eating the sweets. 

    I try to explain you this by taking a simple example. Let you want to eat one tablespoon sugar which contains 60 calories. Than you have to burn 120 calories of your body by exercise, befor eating one tablespoon sugar.

    6. Eat protein rather than carbohydrate

     If we see an average Indian thalli (plate with meal) then obviously it contains some chapatis, a sabji (cooked vegetables,  that is mostly "aloo" potato and tomato ) and rice. It means that most of Indians eat a heavy rich of carbohydrate diet. But in case of diabetes doctors always suggest to eat low carbohydrate diet because in Diabetes the level of glucose is high in blood and glucose and sugar are carbohydrates.


     

    The solution of this problem is that we should eat protein rather than carbohydrate because protein breakdown (metabolize) into amino acids. So protein do not increase blood sugar level and provide more energy than carbohydrates. Protein also increase muscle mass. Therefore it helps in low body weight. This is also solution of such patients whose says that their body weight is decreasing due to diabetes. 

    The list of simple protein rich supplements that any person can add in daily diet are Pulses, Eggs, groundnut, milk, gram, soybeans etc.

    7. Regular exercise and gym

    It is very essential for any kind of diabetic patient, no matter what is your blood sugar level, to do exercise or gym more than one hour in a day to burn your calories . It is the biggest and most important factor to make your body free from any disease not only diabetes. There are various method to burn calories or maintain blood sugar level in limit, but I classified this all in two.

     First of them is to join a gym. It is a popular and easy way to control diabetes or maintain body in a proper way. If you join a good gym, then they will tell you about what type of exercise you have to do and how much, according to your height, weight, muscles mass, etc. For this matter you can also consult an expert or diet and exercise Consultant And I will also tell you in brief below. 

     Second of them is my favorite and most recommended by me is that we should learn any exercise skill. Some exercise skills are yoga, power yoga, martial arts, Taekwondo etc. This point is my favorite because it is double beneficial. One is that it helps in maintain diabetes / blood sugar level in limit and second it is skill. So if you can teach it anyone's it will give you money. Martial art and Taekwondo type skill can also learn  to fight and protective response against unwanted harmful person.

    8. Add blackberries, bitter gourd, and neem in our diet. 

    First of all, it is very important for a diabetic patient that is he/she should take a proper diet, means that he/she must eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many diabetic patients think that if they were not eat sufficient food then they can reduce the blood sugar level. It is only a fallacy and rather than that increase blood sugar level. 

    By consuming Jamun Bitter gourd and Neem, it purifies our blood. And also lower our blood sugar in a natural way.
